Security

Sign in with Google or email and password. Passwords are never stored in plaintext. Sessions use secure cookies, and protected areas of the product require a valid signed-in session.

Traffic between your browser and Omnidam uses HTTPS. Workspace actions are handled on the server and tied to your account — not exposed as public links.

Your saved chats, settings, and uploaded files are stored so you can return to them later. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest on our hosting infrastructure. You can delete conversations and files whenever you choose.

Prompts and attachments are sent over encrypted connections to Google Gemini and/or OpenAI ChatGPT using commercial API endpoints, under agreements that prohibit using your data for model training. Omnidam is not Google or OpenAI — each provider processes requests under its own terms and maintains its own independent security and compliance programs.

In Compare mode, the same context is sent to both providers. In Chat mode, only the provider you select receives the request.

Clear history, delete your account, or sign out from Settings. Guest sessions are not saved to your workspace, but messages still go to the AI provider you choose for that visit.

Is my data used to train AI models?

No. Omnidam uses commercial API endpoints for Google Gemini and OpenAI ChatGPT. Under those agreements, your prompts, documents, and outputs are not used to train future models.

Does Compare send my message to both providers?

Yes. Compare sends the same prompt and context to Gemini and ChatGPT so you can review both answers. In Chat mode, only the provider you select receives the request.

Can I delete my data?

Yes. From Settings you can clear history or permanently delete your account.

How do I report a security issue?

Email our support address at the bottom of this page. Please do not publicly disclose vulnerabilities until we have had a reasonable opportunity to investigate.

Omnidam routes inference through Google Gemini and OpenAI commercial API platforms — both backed by independently audited security and compliance programs, including:

• OpenAI — SOC 2 Type II and ISO/IEC 27001 for its API platform (see OpenAI security and Trust Portal).
• Google Gemini — SOC 1, SOC 2, and ISO/IEC 27001 under Google Cloud (see Gemini certifications and Google Cloud SOC 2).

Omnidam itself is not independently SOC 2 certified. Subprocessors, retention, and individual-use policies are covered on our Trust Center, Privacy Policy, and Terms of Service.
